By downloading or using Ranch Rodeo (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions that govern App Store purchases.
You are responsible for any information you enter into the App (such as rider names and waiver status) and for ensuring you have the right to use that information for your event. The App stores this content locally on your device; you control where it goes when you export, share, or print it.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While the App aims to produce reasonable team assignments, you should review them before using them at an event.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App's author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, scheduling errors, or any consequences of an event organized using the App.
These terms may be updated in the future. Updates will appear on this page with a new effective date.
